Frequently Asked Questions

The information we need to supply you with a quote is all on our booking form

We will need to know about any special needs such as if any of the passengers have disabilities that necessitate special access vehicles. Other than this all we need to know is how many passengers will be travelling. If there are any special needs, please let us know when booking.

If the number of people in your party changes and we need to change the size of vehicle we will do everything we can to find a cost-effective alternative. This is not a normally problem even at short notice.

Our quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise notified. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Once a requested deposit has been paid to secure the booking the balance must be made before 5 days before the start of the hire unless otherwise agreed by our office. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Because we work with a huge network of operators we can usually accommodate last minute bookings. Call us on 01904 862022 and we will do everything we can to find a replacement coach for you.

If you require multiple location drop offs, please inform us of this when enquiring so we quote you correctly and these will be only possible subject to coach access being possible. Please be aware that there may be an additional charge for this.

If there are no toilet facilities on board then the driver can stop for comfort breaks. These stops should be discussed and planned where possible due to the limited suitable places to stop. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions

Unfortunately, our coaches do not have this facility.

This is up to the driver’s discretion or needs to be agreed with the office at the time of booking.

If cancellation happens 14 days prior to the travel date, we will return all deposits in full. There may be an admin fee see your booking terms & conditions.
